Professor Marie McHugh

Marie McHugh is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Ulster University where she was previously Dean of the Ulster University Business School (2009-2016).  Her main research interests are work stress, organisational health and organisational change, publishing widely within these areas.  

Marie is currently a member of the regional IoD Committee and a British Academy of Management (BAM) Fellow. She has served on the CBI (NI) Council and has been Chair and President of BAM. She has a PhD from Ulster University (1997), an MSc in Occupational Psychology (1985) and a BA in Psychology (1983) from Queen’s University.
