UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) wishes to invite proposals for a Cross-disciplinary Mental Health Network Coordinator.
The aim of this call is to recruit a Network Coordinator, or a small team of Network Coordinators, to maximise the portfolio impact of eight recently funded UKRI Cross-disciplinary Mental Health Network Plus grants.
The Network Coordinator(s) will encourage and support the individual networks to take innovative and cross-disciplinary approaches to their research, to assess the level of development of their field and to develop plans to build cross-disciplinary research capacity through the network activities. The Network Coordinator(s) will organise activities to bring the networks together to share learning, add value and facilitate opportunities for them to engage with other relevant groups and organisations. These activities will help to cultivate synergies between the networks, actively engage relevant disciplines that are currently underrepresented across those networks and, ultimately, encourage directed expansion of the networks both within and outside of academia.
Successful applicants will receive a grant of up to £560,000 (at 100% full economic cost (fEC)) for up to 48 months. The UKRI will contribute 80% fEC on successful proposals.
